The product is now available to 1.5 million businesses across Australia, and we are recommending it to eligible businesses with fibre to the node or slow or inconsistent internet.

Speed – Enterprise Ethernet is available from 50/50Mbps up to 1000/1000Mbps, whereas the highest Business NBN plan is 1000/400.

How long will the install take?
Subject to a site availability check, installation will take 10-12 weeks depending on the location and complexity of your build.
How much does installation cost?
On 36-month contracts, installation is free for eligible businesses. However, installation fees apply for 12 and 24 month contract terms. Build costs may apply in some locations. A site qualification will determine this prior to any commitment.
What’s the difference between high and low class of service?
Enteprise Ethernet comes with optional class of service, depending on your business needs. CoS-Low is ideal for best efforts applications like internet browsing. CoS-High is used for time sensitive applications such as voice, video and Citrix. Enterprise Ethernet comes with CoSLow as standard.
