This is a varied role working across Systems, Cloud and Networking. You will be acting as the second level of escalation for support issues, as well as working alongside senior engineers on project work.
You will receive access to one-on-one mentoring, paid certifications and training and an inclusive and positive working environment.
What will you be doing:
2nd Level Technical Support for Cloud Infrastructure and Servers
Manage level 1/2 escalations
Server and Network Administration
Assisting with project work
Mentoring junior engineers
What you will need to succeed:
5+ years’ experience in IT Support
Previous experience in an MSP / Service Desk environment is a must
Strong experience in MS Windows Servers and Operating Systems
Previous experience working within Azure environments
Experience with Exchange Online / Office 365
Experience managing and supporting VMWare or Hyper-V
Experience with routers, switches & firewalls is a must
IT Certifications MCSE or MCITP, CCNA or CCNP and ITIL accreditation (desirable)
Industry certifications highly regarded
Current Australian drivers license
Excellent problem solving and communication skills
